The customer named on the order must personally receive it and present an acceptable, valid photo ID. Before releasing the order, the driver will verify the customer’s identity, age, eligibility, address, and order information.

A few quick checks can help prevent delays or an unsuccessful delivery.
- Enter your complete and accurate name, phone number, and delivery address.
- Use a working phone number and remain reachable during the delivery window.
- Confirm that your DutchiePay account is established and ready to use.
- Include all apartment, hotel, gated-property, or access instructions.
- Be present and available with an acceptable, valid photo ID.
- Make sure the name and delivery information match the order.
- Double-check the address before submitting the order.

- Entrance and parking information
- A safe on-property meeting location
- A working phone number
Personal Receipt Required
The customer who placed the order must personally receive it. Orders cannot be left with hotel staff, concierge desks, security personnel, leasing offices, neighbors, or any other third party.
Safe, Attended Handoff
Cannabis orders will never be left unattended. Drivers do not enter private residences, and you may be asked to meet the driver at a safe, approved location on the property.

When is delivery available?
Delivery is available Monday–Saturday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Sunday from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Where do you deliver?
Delivery is available to eligible addresses located up to 20 driving miles from Collective Beleaf in Lambertville. Address eligibility is confirmed when you select delivery during checkout. Not every address within 20 miles is necessarily eligible.
What is the minimum order?
The minimum delivery order is $75.
How much is the delivery fee?
The delivery fee is $5. The applicable fee will be displayed before checkout is completed.
How do I pay?
Delivery orders must be prepaid using DutchiePay. Cash, cards at the door, personal payment apps, and other off-platform payment methods are not accepted.
Do I need identification?
Yes. The customer named on the order must be present and provide an acceptable, valid photo ID. Identity, age, eligibility, address, and order details must be verified before the order can be released.
Can someone else accept my order?
No. The order must be personally received by the approved customer named on the order. It cannot be left with another person or left unattended.
Can I change my address after ordering?
Address changes must be reviewed before delivery and cannot be guaranteed. Drivers cannot redirect an order based solely on a customer request. If the updated address cannot be verified or approved, the delivery may be cancelled or returned to the store.
What happens if I am unavailable or the driver cannot access the property?
The driver will attempt to contact you from a safe location. If you cannot be reached, cannot provide acceptable ID, or cannot safely meet the driver, the order may be marked unsuccessful and returned to Collective Beleaf.
A $10 return fee may apply when a delivery must be returned because of a customer availability, address, access, recipient, or identification issue.
What happens to my payment after an unsuccessful delivery?
Collective Beleaf will review the order and determine the appropriate refund or credit treatment. Drivers cannot authorize or promise refunds. Please contact Collective Beleaf for assistance.
Can the driver change products, prices, or discounts?
No. Drivers cannot substitute products, change prices or discounts, approve refunds, change the delivery address, or accept an unapproved payment method.
Are delivery times guaranteed?
No. You will receive an estimated delivery window. Timing can change because of demand, traffic, weather, safety conditions, routing, or driver availability.
